UPDATE: I finally received again to this assessment, lol. I didn't lose any weight, however that probably has extra to do with my thyroid points than the product. As with many things, it's all individual. I bought the 1x for my daughter who had her baby a 12 months ago, and she HAS misplaced weight - she wears a Giant like me now.
I needed to offer some advice regarding using lotions and the rubber scent that may get in your pores and skin - put on a lightweight tank high between your pores and skin and the vest and only apply lotions to areas the vest doesn't cover.
If you happen to buy some comfortable, full measurement panty briefs (or Spanx, or something alongside these traces), they can go over the bottom edge of the vest and preserve it extra securely in your pants. I favor high waist pants normally, but when that's not what's going on, I do the comfortable transient thing.
